  • Day 1 –Shimla - Sarahan | 170 kms | 9-10 hrs

    We will pick you up from Shimla ISBT at 9pm. We will drive through beautiful villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda, and Rampur. We will take small halts at the Apple orchards and Hattu peak (3,400m) at Narkanda, view of Central Himalayas will mesmerize you from that point. We will also visit a small lake on the way to Hattu Peak. After that, we continue our drive to Sarahan via Rampur and Enroute. Sarahan, the tiny village offers ascetic views of Shrikhand Mahadev Peak (5,155 m). The major attraction in Sarahan is the centuries-old Hindu temple of Goddess Bhimakali. Sarahan is also the gateway to Kinnaur valley. Overnight stay in Hotel in Sarahan.

  • Day 1 –Shimla - Sarahan | 170 kms | 9-10 hrs

  • Day 2 – Sarahan - Sangla | 90km | 4-5 hours

    • We will visit the famous Bhimkali Temple before leaving for Sangla. It will take 5 hours drive to reach Sangla. We will check-in at our hotel or Luxurious tents for accommodation.
    • After having lunch, We will go out to explore Sangla Village. Sangla offers beautiful carved Old Mountains and Buddhist Monasteries which gave you an incense of the ecstasy of Himalaya.
    • You can also get lots of opportunities to talk and mix with the locals, as they are the real essence of Baspa Sangla Valley.
    • Overnight Stay at Sangla in Kinnaur.

  • Day 3 – Sangla – Chitkul - Sangla | 45 Km | 7 hours

    • This morning after breakfast we will be driving you to Chitkul which is the last village on the Indian side on the Indo-Tibetan border.
    • "A Fairy Tale" is the apt phrase to explain the beautiful Village, Chitkul. Stunning landscapes and the placid village will transcend the ecstasy within you.
    • We will return to Sangla for lunch and later the rest of the day is free to relax in the mountain landscape or if you like you can walk to another nearby village or nature walk. Over Night stay at Sangla.

  • Day 4 – Sangla - Recong Peo – Kalpa | 40kms | 2-3 hours

    • Today we will drive to Kalpa after Check Out from Sangla Hotel/Camps. Enroute to the journey, we will have our Lunch at the District Headquarter of Kinnaur, Recong Peo. Walk and Shop around the Recong Peo Market before We leave to Kalpa.
    • Check-in at the Kalpa Hotel, take some rest so before we Visit nearby Villages which is covered with thick pine forests and famous for apples and apricots.
    • One can have the finest view of Mt. Kinner Kailash(6000m) from the shore of the village.
    • One can get the best view with the rising rays of the sun in the early morning.

  • Day 5 – Kalpa – Nako | 120kms | 5-6 hours

    After breakfast, we will drive you to Nako (5-6 hrs.). Here you will check in to the hotel or in the luxury tented accommodation. Later on, after lunch we will take you for a walk in the village with your guide and visit the Buddhist monastery related to guru Padmasambhava (a great Buddhist scholar, whose teachings spread to Tibet from India), we will also visit Nako Lake, the residence of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. Later on the next morning you may wish to walk to the nearby peaks with your guide and enjoy a wonderful view of the whole Nako village with the Himalayas as the backdrop of the village.

  • Day 6 – Nako – Gue Village - Tabo | 90kms | 5-6 hours

    • After breakfast, we will drive you to Tabo (4hrs.) and en-route visit the Gue village which is also the last Indian village on the Indo-Tibetan border. Gue Village is famous for the naturally preserved mummy of a Buddhist monk which is about 600 years old, which was discovered here while building the road.
    • Later on, reach Tabo and check in to your hotel. In the evening visit the Tabo monastery which is the oldest monastery in the Himalayas. Today we will be entering the beautiful Spiti valley which is also known as the cold desert of the Himalayas (this area is cut from the rest of the world due to heavy snow in the winters).

  • Day 7 - Tabo – Kaza| 50kms | 3-4 hours

    • Today after breakfast we will drive you to Kaza. En route, we will visit the Dhankar village and Dhankar monastery and fort. Here we will have a cup of tea or lunch with a local family.
    • After Reaching Kaza, We will check in to the Hotel and take rest. Later you can explore local markets of Kaza.

  • Day 8 – Kaza Local Sight Seeing | 6 hours

    • Today after breakfast we will drive to the Lagnza Village. Here there is an opportunity to walk around the village with your guide. You may wish to visit the monastery at the top of the village and on the way look out for fossils. If weather permits there is an option drive on to Hikkim, and the Komik village, which is now the world’s highest village (4,450m) joined a motorable road. After that, we will continue our drive to Key Monastery and Kibber. Once Kibber (at 4,200m) was considered the world’s highest village. If you are lucky enough, you can get a sight of Himalayan Blue Sheep and Snow Ibex roaming at the nearby mountains.
    • Over Night Stay At Kaza Hotel.

  • Day 9 – Kaza – Chandartal Lake - Keylong To Manali | 186kms | 10-11 hours

    In the morning we will be driving you to Keylong via Kunzum Pass (4558 m/14,950ft) which provides beautiful views of CB ranges and Glaciers. We will visit the temple on the pass where travelers say prayers before heading down the pass. We will visit Chandra Tal Lake if the road is open and see the lake, also known as the lake of the moon. Enroute visit several villages of Spiti and Lahaul valley. Lunch on the way at Batal. We will reach Keylong by evening. Keylong is the district headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti valleys. Overnight stay in the hotel at Keylong.

  • Day 10 – Keylong -Day Excursion to Trilokinath and Udaipur temple | 120kms

    • Today after breakfast we will drive you to Visit the Famous and ancient temples of Trilokinath and Udaipur. The Trilokinath temple Lahaul valley near Udaipur is built in the classical style introduced in the hills in the 7th and 8th Centuries and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated in Tunde village 6 km south of the left bank of the Chandarbhaga or Chenab River. Later on, we will drive you to Udaipur ( 9 km) and will visit the Markula Devi Temple Udaipur in Lahaul Valey, which is believed to be built during the 8 century. It is highly remarkable for its woodcarvings.
    • Overnight Stay at Keylong

  • Day 11 – Keylong – Manali | 120km | 5-6km

    • Today after breakfast around 08:30 A.M we will drive you to Manali ( 6 hrs). On the way, we will stop for lunch break/tea break at Kokhsar and further continue our drive to Manali over the Rohtang pass (3,980 meters) and enter Kullu valley. You will reach Manali in the late afternoon.
    • Your Trip will end here.

  • Stay Types

    • You will be staying in a Home Stay in Kaza and Kalpa.
    • You will also get to experience camping (on double -for couples, and triple- for others) sharing basis) alongside!
    • For the camping experience, you will be provided with the relevant camping gears like waterproof tents and sleeping bags!
