Hampta pass is the favorite trek for the adventurers who want to satisfy there the second appetite of doing another trek. Hampta pass is a crossover pass at an altitude of 4280 meters. It is the most famous trek that begins very close to the popular hill station of Manali. This trek gives you all kinds of Nature experiences of walking on Himalaya, From Maple forests to Meadows and from snow-covered landscapes to the naked mountains of the remote Lahaul. Trek concludes at the crystal clear water of Chandartal Lake.
Season: May end to July & September to late October.

  • Day 1 Manali to Chhika, 4 Hours Trek

    We will pick you up from Manali, drop you at Jobra where the trek begins. Trek Guide will welcome you there. We will trek along the Hampta River towards the north to reach a beautiful place called Chhika. Chikka is surrounded by wildflowers and there are a few waterfalls just behind the campsite. You halt here for overnight stay.

  • Day 2 Chhika to Balu-ra-Ghera, 5 Hours Trek

    We wake up early, have our breakfast, and follow the river to reach Balu-ra-Ghera. This trail is the ending point of Treelines. Green and beautiful meadows will open their arms to welcome you on either side of the river. The path is paved by the grass and stones and field of the wildflowers. We will pitch our tents at a Flat Ground beside the river Hampta, know as Balu-ra-Ghera.

  • Day 3 Balughera to Hampta Pass, 8 Hours Trek

    Today is the most challenging day of the trekking. We will ascend to the top of the Hampta Pass(4270mts). From the pass, one can enjoy the extraordinary view of Western Himalayan Top peaks like Deo Tibba, Indra Asan and Hanuman Tibba, etc. After talking to Magnificent Himayalas, we will descend to the meadows of Shea Goru. Shea Goru is a perfect and beautiful place for camping at one the foot of the glacier.

  • Day 4 Shea Goru to Chhatru, 5 Hours Trek

    From Shea Goru, we will descend along the left bank of a mountain stream. After crossing the water stream twice, we will reach Chatru. Chatru is a small roadside tourist destination on the way to Spiti from Manali. It is on the bank of Chandra River. We will do Camping on the bank of Chandra River.

  • Day 5 Chhatru to Chandertal Lake and back to Manali, 9 Hours Travelling

    We'll leave for Chandertal lake in Vehicle after having an early breakfast. Chandartal Lake is at an altitude of 4300 mts. We will also cover Chota Dara, Bara, and Batal on the way to Chandertal River. After exploring the crystal clear lake and enjoying its mesmerizing beauty. We will head to Manali via the famous Rohtang Pass. We will reach Manali by late evening. We will drop you at your stop in Manali.
